1. Who we are
Warmhale is an independent digital studio in Portugal, run by Hugo Vieira.
- Data controller: [TO FILL: legal name, tax number and address]
- Data questions: info@warmhale.com · +351 938 054 021
2. What we collect and why
When you send a request through the form
- Data: name, email, phone (optional), project type, the assembly sheet you bring from the workbench (pieces and starting prices) and your message.
- Purpose: to reply and, if you wish, prepare a proposal.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- Retention: if no contract follows, we delete the data within 12 months of the last contact. If it does, we keep what the law requires. [TO VALIDATE]
The workbench and the signature
The pieces you choose on the workbench travel to the form in the page address (for example, ?pacote=business). The name you sign with stays on the page: it is neither sent nor stored.
When you write or call
We use your email or number and what you tell us only to reply (art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Spam protection and server logs
We temporarily keep a hashed fingerprint of the IP address to limit repeated form submissions, and the host logs technical data for security (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: [TO VALIDATE with the host]
We do not use analytics, advertising or newsletters.
3. Cookies
This site uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there is no cookie banner. Fonts, code and drawings are served from our own site.
4. Who we share with
We do not sell or pass on your data. The site and email are hosted by Hostinger. [TO VALIDATE: entity and safeguards] We may have to disclose data to authorities when the law requires it.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection. Write to info@warmhale.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
6. Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and requests are delivered by email to a restricted mailbox.
